Piemonte Uncorked

A Curated Journey Through Italy’s Most Legendary Wine Landscapes

There are places where wine is simply produced. And then there is Piemonte.

A land of rolling vineyards, silent castles, mist-covered hills and villages suspended in time, where wine is not merely a product, but a language, a philosophy and a way of understanding life itself.

This curated 4 day journey through Roero, Langhe and Monferrato has been designed for travelers who wish to go beyond the surface and discover the true soul of Piemonte through its landscapes, people and wines.

From elegant Arneis and expressive Barbera to the extraordinary complexity of Nebbiolo, guests will explore some of the region’s most iconic denominations while visiting a carefully selected collection of historic wineries, visionary producers and hidden gems.

Throughout the experience, certified sommelier and wine educator Stefano Borelli will guide participants through a series of engaging thematic sessions designed to make Piemonte more understandable, approachable and deeply enjoyable, regardless of previous wine knowledge.

Rather than a technical course, this is an immersive cultural journey through one of the most fascinating wine regions in the world.

Small groups, exceptional wines, breathtaking landscapes and genuine human encounters will transform this experience into something far beyond a traditional wine tour.
