To comply with Dutch and European legislation on package travel, Faery Snail Tours participates in the VZR Garant insolvency protection scheme. This independent guarantee protects travelers in the unlikely event that our company becomes financially insolvent before or during your trip.

Should such an event ever occur, VZR Garant will ensure, depending on the circumstances, that:

• eligible travelers receive a refund of amounts already paid;
• booked travel arrangements can continue where possible;
• travelers already abroad are repatriated if transportation is included in the travel package.
